Everyone’s appointment is important and valued. Please arrive at least 10 mins before appointment time to fill out any paperwork and to ensure appointment starts on time and runs smoothly. Time is precious, please be considerate of the person after you. The time allotted for your service won’t be extended due to tardiness. More than 15 minutes late will result in an automatic cancellation and a cancellation fee. As a courtesy, texts/emails are sent 24hours before appointment. Please reply to them to confirm (that’s the only way we know you’re actually coming)! Failure to confirm within the 24 hours may lead to your appointment time being given away. Cancellation/rescheduling for a different day within less than 48 hours before appointment time will lead to 50% of the booked service charge. If you need to change the time of an appointment within the same day please do so within 12 hours of original appointment, just to ensure we plan accordingly. No show, no call will result in 100% charge of booked service. We value all clients' time, please value ours.
